• Service providers who help run StageStock (for example Supabase, file storage, and analytics providers) under contractual confidentiality obligations.
• Team members you invite, who can view the inventory data you share with them.

6. Data Retention

We retain account and operational data while your StageStock workspace remains active. When you request deletion or close an account, we remove personal data within 30 days unless longer retention is needed for legal, tax, or compliance reasons. Aggregated, de-identified data may be retained to improve the service.

StageStock operates from the United States and may transfer information to service providers located in other countries. We rely on appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses, when required to protect transferred data.
