StageStock helps touring crews manage inventories, QR labels, and carnet documentation. This Privacy Policy explains the personal information we collect, how we use and share it, and the choices you have. If you do not agree with this policy, please refrain from using StageStock.

- Account information: email address, authentication provider profile, team name, and any optional details you choose to add.
- Operational content: inventory names, case identifiers, weights, dimensions, notes, documents, QR/barcode assets, and other data you upload or generate inside StageStock.
- Support correspondence: messages and attachments sent to us at support@stagestock.app or through in-product messaging.
- Usage data: log files, device and browser metadata, IP address, timestamps, and feature interactions that help us secure and improve the service.
3. How We Use Information
- Provide, maintain, and personalize the StageStock application.
- Generate QR codes, barcodes, reports, and carnet exports at your direction.
- Monitor usage patterns to troubleshoot, prevent abuse, and protect accounts.
- Communicate with you about product changes, security alerts, and support responses.
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.
4. Legal Bases for Processing
Where required, we process personal information based on your consent, to perform our contract with you, to pursue our legitimate interests in operating StageStock securely, and to comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We disclose data only with:
- Service providers who help run StageStock (for example Supabase, file storage, and analytics providers) under contractual confidentiality obligations.
- Team members you invite, who can view the inventory data you share with them.
- Authorities when required by law, regulation, or legal process, or to protect against harm to StageStock, our users, or the public.
6. Data Retention
We retain account and operational data while your StageStock workspace remains active. When you request deletion or close an account, we remove personal data within 30 days unless longer retention is needed for legal, tax, or compliance reasons. Aggregated, de-identified data may be retained to improve the service.
7. International Transfers
StageStock operates from the United States and may transfer information to service providers located in other countries. We rely on appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses, when required to protect transferred data.
8. Security
We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so we encourage you to use strong passwords and enable available security controls.
9. Your Choices & Rights
- Access, update, or delete inventory data directly within StageStock.
- Request account deletion or data export by emailing support@stagestock.app.
- Opt out of marketing emails by using unsubscribe links in those messages.
- Disable cookies in your browser; essential cookies may be required for the service to function.
10. Children's Privacy
StageStock is not directed to individuals under 16 and we do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can delete it.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy to reflect product, legal, or regulatory changes. We will notify you via email or in-product alerts when updates are material. Continued use of StageStock after the effective date signifies acceptance of the revised policy.
