1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of StageStock. By creating an account or using StageStock in any manner, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are accepting on behalf of a company or crew, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

• You must be at least 16 years old to create or access a StageStock account.
• Provide accurate registration information and promptly update any changes.
• You are responsible for safeguarding login credentials and any activity that occurs through them.
• Notify us immediately at support@stagestock.app if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right while using StageStock.
• Upload malicious code, interfere with the service, or attempt to probe or breach security.
• Misrepresent your identity or use StageStock to harass, abuse, or harm others.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or copy StageStock except as permitted by law.

4. Subscription & Payment

StageStock may offer paid plans. Fees, billing frequency, and included features will be described at purchase. We may update pricing or plan structure with advance notice. Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable. You remain responsible for exporting your data before downgrading or canceling.

5. Intellectual Property

StageStock, including its software, design, and trademarks, is owned by the StageStock team. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service in accordance with these Terms. You retain all rights to the content and inventory data you upload, and you grant us a license to process that content solely to provide and improve StageStock.

6. Data & Privacy

Our Privacy Policy describes how we collect and handle personal information. By using StageStock you consent to those practices, including transfers of data to the United States and other jurisdictions where our service providers operate.

7. Service Availability

We strive to keep StageStock available, but downtime may occur for maintenance, updates, or events outside our control. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control. We recommend exporting critical inventories and manifests regularly.

8. Termination

• You may terminate your account at any time from within StageStock or by emailing us.
• We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, fail to pay fees, or create risk to the platform or other users.
• Upon termination, your right to use StageStock ceases. We may delete your data after 30 days unless retention is required by law.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

StageStock is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that StageStock will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, StageStock and its team will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of StageStock. Our aggregate liability for all claims will not exceed the fees you paid to StageStock during the 12 months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as StageStock evolves. We will notify you by email or in-product messages when changes are material. Continued use of StageStock after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance.
